She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Wasden and Elizabeth Brinson Wasden. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Clayton; her children, Tamara Alicea (Roberto) of Augusta, Connie Baker of Millen and Roy Clayton of Millen; her grandchildren, Abigail Clayton, Walker Clayton, Justin Myers and Michael Youngblood; and her great grandchildren, Kaylah Youngblood, Myleah Youngblood and Rikayah Youngblood.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Millen Baptist Church (219 N Gray St, Millen, GA 30442). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
