He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Vance and Johnnie Walden Anderson; and his son-in-law Lester Martin. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cathy Anderson; his children, Susan Rockefeller (Tim), Theresa Martin, Elizabeth Catherine "Kitty" Rockefeller and Brandon Vance Anderson (Marie); and his sisters, Patricia Wood (John) and Ann Anderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
