It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yancey Walker III (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Edward Yancey Walker, Jr. and Lydia Perry Walker; his wife Betty Butler Walker; his sons, Edward Yancey Walker, IV (Joyce) and Paul Turner Walker (Penny); and his brother Perry Walker. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
