He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mixon Brown Richards; his sons, William Cowart Richards II of Milledgeville, Timothy Nathaniel Richards of Valdosta, GA and Kenneth Michael Richards (Stephanie) of Omaha; his stepsons, Aaron Brown (Madelyn) of Milledgeville and Seth Brown of Milledgeville; and his siblings, Robert Richards (Raylene) of Gulfport, MS, Larry Richards (Donna) of McMinnville, OR and Norma Jane Richards of Biloxi.
