He was predeceased by: his parents, William I. Waller, Sr. and Elizabeth Moate Waller; his former wife Sarah Dennis Waller; his son Dennis Rogers Waller of Lizella; and his brother Dr. Charles Eugene Waller.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jo Waller; his children, Dr. William I. Waller (Ike) and Bonnie Waller of Milledgeville; his grandsons, Andy Waller (Kelly) of Jefferson, GA and John Waller of Milledgeville; his brother Robert Moate Waller; and his great grandchild Jim Waller of Jefferson, GA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contribution be made to American Heart Association of to the donor's favorite charity.
