We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2025, at the age of 91, Victoria Arroyo of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. Though Victoria may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Victoria touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Serrano and Francisca Rodriguez; and her husband Cesar Anibal Arroyo. She is survived by: her daughter Vilma Williamson (Matthew). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
