He was predeceased by: his father Henry Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Curry (Scott) of Woodstock, T. J, Curtis of Milledgeville and Taylor Curtis of Milledgeville; his siblings, Tony Curtis (Judy) of Jackson, Mark Curtis of Oxford, Nancy Curtis of Covington and Angelia Curtis of Covington; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Caden and Charlotte. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
