It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lowe (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lowe and Agnes Turner Lowe. He is survived by: his son David Mitchell; his sister Edna Lowe Whitman; his wife Gail Cook Lowe; his children, Lori Clark of Eatonton, Anthony Mitchell (Kathy) and Duane Lowe (Lynette) of St. Mary's; his grandchildren, Rachael Mincey, Spencer Lowe, Chelsey Lowe, Emily Mitchell, Jessie Smith and Lillie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Young, Mason Lowe, Lainey Lowe, Jackson Lowe and McKenna Lowe.
