He is survived by: his wife Debra Szeker Stair; his children, Heather Dickey (Andrew), Terry Lee Edward Stair, Jr. (Crystal), Joel Stair (Ayla), Jason Stair (Marielle) and Jeremy Stair (Kristen); his siblings, Deborah Ingram, Brenda Hart, Rhoda Roberts and Ralph Stair; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Michael, Jaden, Serenity, Lily, Joel, George, Gabriel, Terry Lee III, Kahlan and Lainey.
