She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Tanner and Martha Elizabeth White Tanner (Julian Fred Brooks, Jr.); and her sister Jane Tanner Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Julie Brooks Howell of Knoxville, TN and Jay Brooks of Hendersonville, TN; her grandchildren, Mike, Josh, Tailor, Jarrett and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Clare, Rose, Isabelle and Lilliana.
