He was predeceased by: his parents, Althes Ray Callaway and Mary Brookins Callaway; his son Mike Callaway; and his brother Gerald Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Martha Smith Callaway of Milledgeville; his daughter Sydney Michelle "Sissy" Callaway of Milledgeville; his stepchildren, Donna Harrison Bramlett, David L. Harrison, Jr. and Clinton Guy Harrison; his brother Bobby Callaway (Edna Lee); and his sister-in-law Nita Callaway. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
