She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Spivey of Milledgeville and James Spivey (Raya) of Texas; her nieces, Shirley Ann Smith of Milledgeville, Darlene Eakins of California and Sheryl Harris of Texas; and her nephew Jay Spivey of Thomaston.
