She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Homer Eugene and Mary Etta Brantley Moore; her husband Alton Brown; her daughter Dianne Gurr (Alvin); her granddaughters, Ashley Gurr and Stephanie Pearson; and her siblings, Eugene Moore (Totsy) of McIntyre and Barbara Pinkerton (Ben) of Eatonton. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
