He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rufus Wesley Quinn, Sr. and Faye Brooks Quinn; his sisters, Sandra Watkins (Teddy) of Ball Ground and Mary Sue Williams of Milledgeville; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Hardie, Wes Watkins, Chelsea Rogers (Josh) and Anna Schreckengost (Miles).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
