She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leland Ivey and Emma Overman Ivey. She is survived by: her husband David Phillips of Milledgeville; her children, Andy Fordham (Haley) of Putnam County and Heather Fordham Roland of Milledgeville; her stepchildren, Eric Phillips (Christa) of Milledgeville, Michelle Jackson (Jay) of Washington County and Tracey Burrell of Milledgeville; her brother Paul Ivey of Cumming; and her grandchildren, Camryn, Leland, Skylar, Devin and Dylan. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
