She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem T. Couey and Estelle Woodard Couey (William Stanley Locke, Sr.); and her siblings, Clarenda Couey, Evonise McLeod, Eugene Couey and Offie Couey.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Locke (Denise) of Milledgeville, GA, Cathy Weldon (Kenny) and LeeAnn Horne (Leon) of Dublin, GA.. She is also survived by Five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and two special friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Olivet Baptist Church Building Fund at 1689 GA Highway 19 South, Dublin, GA 31021.
