He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Eugene and Genia Jones Loggins; his wife Faye Loggins; his daughter Ashely Loggins; and his brother Roy Loggins.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Loggins (Merrill), Charles "Chuck" Loggins, Billy Mercer and Shandora Greene (Michael); his siblings, Deborah Turner (Joey) and David "Dwight" Meeks (Scott Loggins) of Milledgeville; and his nieces, Amy Turner of Milledgville and Christian Rafalko of Milledgville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
