He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vicki Smith Gholson of McIntyre; his children, Brian Gholson (Cassie) of Dublin, Christy Bentley (Tracy) of Dublin and Jacob Gholson (Krystina); his sister Kathy Patrick (Darrell) of Milledgeville; his parents, Jewell F. McKinley of Milledgeville and Sonny Gholson of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Erika, Erik, Layla and Kairi Sophia; and his aunt Vera Corbett. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
