It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Noel (Milledgeville, Georgia), who passed away on July 18, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Nadine Latham (John) of Macon, Georgia and Anouk Hoecker (Mark); and his grandson Henry Roger Hoecker of Tremont.
The family requests that donations in Dr. Noel's memory be made to the Georgia College Foundation Endowed World Languages and Cultures Fund or to Tallulah Falls School Roger Noel Scholarship Fund.
