He is survived by: his wife Sandra Whitaker Pair; his daughter Jennifer Chaffin (John) of Hampton; and his grandchildren, Ashley Grace McKinley of Hampton, Logan Andrew McKinley of Hampton and Emily Caroline McKinley of Hampton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Milledgeville (1670 N Jefferson St NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
