He is survived by: his former wife Mary DeGeorge of Milledgeville; his children, Melissa Bishop (Steve) of Molena, Elizabeth DeGeorge of Nashville and David DeGeorge (Tanya) of Alpharetta; his grandchildren, Gavin Bishop, Scarlett Bishop, Lucas McCaskey and Harvey McCaskey; and his brothers, Alan DeGeorge of Florida and Billy DeGeorge of Long Island, NY. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that. Memorial Contributions be made to the donor's favorite charity.
