He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Horn and Shirley Moring Horn Suggs. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Horn of Milledgeville; and his brothers, Steve Horn (Teresa) of Milledgeville and Jeff Suggs (Shannon) of Milledgeville.
