He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Spence and Mattie Spence; his wife Aurelia Spence; and his siblings, Elton Lane, Carl, Bill, Norman Spence, Marjorie Mueller and June Spence. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and good friends.
