He is survived by: his children, Philip Mellor and Robin; his son-in-law Jimmy Heiden; his son Bucke; his daughter-in-law Gladys Watts; his sister Tammy; his brother-in-law Steve Frink; his grandchildren, Rebekah Mellor Ketterman, Clay Ketterman, Jessica, Andrew Webster, Austin Hunter, Harry Watts, Ryan Montgomery, Christian Watts, Joseph and Alyssa Watts; his great-niece Allison Frink (Jonathan); his great-nephew Aaron Frink; and his caregivers, Jamie, Melissa, Ray, Alayna, Sherry, Kaci, Lori, Barbara and Shelby. He is also survived by his wife, friends, and family.
