He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Youngblood and Gaynelle Starley Youngblood; and his siblings, Darryl Youngblood and Patsy Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Freeman Layton of Milledgeville, Garvis Youngblood (Lois) of Milledgeville, Judy Knoblock (David) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Casey Youngblood (Judy) of Toomsboro, Lucius Youngblood (Vicki) of Tennille and Don Youngblood of Swainsboro.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Baptist Church of 1837, c/o Lucius Youngblood 12450 GA Hwy 68 S. Tennille, GA 31089.
