She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Lee Joyner and James Paul Joyner; and her siblings, Laverne Joyner, Emory Joyner and Tony Joyner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Vivian O. Gay and Charles Joyner; and her children, Lamar, Gary, Timothy (Angie), Steve, David (Sandy) and Deborah. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-granddaughter, her nephews.
