He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward William Gall and Ossa Lee Reid Gall. He is survived by: his wife Debra Gall; his children, Kelli Whittington (Jacob), Travis Gall and Steven Dobson (Dawn); his sisters, Rose Favro and Susan Halligan; and his grandchildren, Kai, Charlee, Maddie, Gage and Katelyn. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
