He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayes McCoy and Caroly N. McCoy of Milledgeville. He is survived by: his children, Monte Hayes McCoy Jr. and Macie Leigh McCoy of South Carolina; and his sisters, Debbie Hackney (Tony) of Jones County and Julie Sanders of Milledgeville. He is also survived by other family members including nieces and nephews.
