She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Owen Ennis and Annie Winifred Torrance Ennis; her husband Arnie Noel Simpson; her brother James Owen Ennis; and her son Charles Noel Simpson, Sr. (Butch).
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Simpson Howell (Jimmy) of Buena Vista, Georgia and Kay Simpson Miller of Milledgeville; her daughter-in-law Jane Simpson of Milledgeville; her grandchildren, Jay Stewart Howell (Carol) of Leesburg, Georgia, Charles Noel Simpson (Charlie), Laurie Howell Martin (Clint) of Vienna, Steven Simpson (Laurie) of Milledgeville and Jason Miller of Milledgeville; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Lauryn Simpson of Milledgeville, AJ, Owen Howell of Leesburg, GA, Brock Martin of Vienna, GA, Ethan, Hunter, Gregory and Christian Simpson of Whitmire, SC.; and her nephew Sam Chandler of Sparta, GA.
