Though Mary Sue may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert A. Wood and Missie Tuggle Wood. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Christopher Richards and Eva Mae Beasley of Milledgeville; her niece Shonda Wood of Jasper; her grandchildren, Brittnay Richards, Missie Beasley, Christopher Richards and Taylor Richards; and her pet Sammy.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery (1149 County Line Rd, Gordon, GA 31031).
