She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe D. Cowart and Elizabeth Meeks Peavy; and her brother Ralph Cowart, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary Belinda Long of Callahan, FL, Dudley McCluney of McIntyre and Mary Bembry of Milledgeville; her siblings, Ronald Cowart of Blythe, Jody Cowart (Augusta), Carolyn Stapleton of Adrian, Betty Johnson Anderson of Augusta and Patricia Leigh Taylor; and her grandchildren, Alicia Ann, Donnie, Dusty, Kayla, Andria, Brooke, Karie, Kellie and Sarah. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
