He was predeceased by: his daughter Macie Chapman. He is survived by: his children, Hannah Chapman (Matt) of Milledgeville and Mark Chapman (Jamie) of Milledgeville; his parent Mary McCoy Chapman of Milledgeville; and his sisters, Linda Ladner of Mississippi, Jan Taylor (Randy "Doc") of Milledgeville, Teresa Fullington (Jim) of Bogart, Puppy, Lacey, Lola and Oakley.
