He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Luther Register and Martha Johnson Register; his siblings, Lilly Register, J. C. Register and Marie Crooms; and his great grandchild Jackson Lee Register.
He is survived by: his son Johnny Edward Register of Milledgeville; his sister Lillian R. Jones of Dublin; his grandsons, Joshua Lee Register (Brandie) of Gordon, Tommy Lee Register of Milledgeville and John Michael Register of Milledgeville; and his great grandchildren, Ayden Register, Allen Register, Alissa Register and Daphine Register. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
