He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Justice, Robert Justice, Joseph Justice, Adolphus Justice, Lillie May Brown and Susie Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Lois Justice of Milledgeville, GA.; his children, Taunya Y. Justice, Brittany N. Justice, Eric D. Justice of Milledgeville and Curtis Goodman of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Kentavious Butts, Devonte Clopton, Montrez Thomas, Karley Canty, Erianna Justice, Reagan King, Ladre (Anderson), Sherod Goodman, Shanese Goodman, Jemerius Goodman, Curtis Goodman, Jr., Tyesha Anderson and Jakayla Goodman; his siblings, George Justice of Sparta, Ruby Warren of Milledgeville and Gladys Purford of Philadelphia; and his siblings-in-law, Jess Warren, Johnny Lee Mosley of Sparta, Simmie Mae Justice, Doris Havior of Milledgeville and Susie Mae Bass of Coolidge. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
