It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Liz Howard of Milledgeville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Bond and Louise Moore Bond Jacobs; her brother Larry Bond; and her stepfather Dr. Louis "L. J." Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband Roz Howard, Jr. of Milledgeville; her siblings-in-law, Craig Howard (Cindy) of Eatonton and Janane Pilcher (Kerry) of Macon; her aunt Moncell Blackstock (Hugh) of Gainesville; her cousins, Greg Hodges of Florida and Fredrick Moore of Gainesville; and her close friends, Debbie Hobbs, Fran Green, Linda Vinson, Joan Williams and Paula Cartwright. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
