He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Howard. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Howard; his wife Cynthia Boyle; his children, Logan Howard of Campbell and Rachel Barnes (Tyler) of Nampa; his grandsons, Jameson Howard and Tennyson Barnes; his stepdaughter Kimberlee (Curtis); his granddaughter Gianna Kayhan; and his siblings, Lance Howard and Lia Howard-Boggs.
