She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Lester Purcell and Lucy Valentine Purcell; her husband Elroy Fowler of Milledgeville; and her children, Debbie Fowler Coleman (Ed) of Macon, Angela Fowler Turner (Scott) of Barnesville and Tony Fowler (Jennifer) of York Springs, PA. She was also cherished by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
