He was predeceased by: his parents, Sunderlal Patel and Vijyaben Patel; and his wife Shantaben Patel. He is survived by: his son Manojkumar Patel of Milledgeville; his grandson Deep Patel; his daughters, Kamini Patel, Chhaya Patel and Maya Patel; and his brother Ramesh Patel.
