He was predeceased by: his father James Williams (Jim); his siblings, Carl Williams, J. P. Williams, Margaret Brown and Jimmie Ann Ussery; and his great grandchild Braylon Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Johns Williams of Milledgeville; his sons, Lyn Williams (Karen) of Milledgeville and Lee Williams of Gray; his grandchildren, Ashley Williams Anderson (Josh) of Milledgeville, Dalton Williams (Kayla) of Milledgeville and Dylan Rose Williams of Gray; his great grandchildren, Adam, Hannah, Callie, Rylan and Nova; and his sister Sylvia Williams (Wendell Cannon) of Gray.
