He was predeceased by: his brother Carlton Humphrey; and his granddaughter Michelle Humphrey Horton. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis of Ivey; his sons, Mike Humphrey (Vickie) of Milledgeville and Chuck Humphrey (Cindy) of Milledgeville; and his brother Bob Humphrey of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
