He is survived by: his wife Bunnie Hooks Simons of Milledgeville; his daughters, Jamie Caraway (Gary) of Watkinsville, Haley Becker (Taylor) of Milledgeville and Lindsey Garretson (Jeremy) of Hahira; his father Ray Simons of Warner Robins; his niece Elena Hicks; and his nephew Tony Larrauri (Lauren).
