He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Marie Riffe Jones. He is survived by: his son Jesse Jones (Samantha) of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Shyanne, Wyatt, Beau and Lucas; his sisters, Shawna Jones of Clarkesville and Sheryl Smith of Florida; and his parents, Nancy Jane Curtis of Rochester, NY and John Victor Jones of Clarkesville.
