He is survived by: his wife Wenona Butts Adams of Milledgeville; his daughters, Melinda Adams Davis (Randy) of Gordon and Ashley Karen Adams of Milledgeville; his father Adam Dale Adams of Milledgeville; his sisters, Mary Sue Simmons (Steve) of Kennesaw and Vivian Chandler of Milledgeville; and his grandsons, Carlton Hardie Davis and Carson Gauge Davis.
