He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Elaine Sheppard and Chris Hicks (Amy); his grandsons, Craig Sheppard (LeAnna), Kyle Hicks (Holly), Alex Hicks (Shelbi) and Sean Hicks; his great grandchildren, Mason, Eli, Scout Belle Sheppard and Emma Claire Hicks; and his sisters-in-law, Nita Reid and George Ann Owen (Dale).
