With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Cooper Parham of Milledgeville, Georgia, who passed away on October 18, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Cooper and Josephine Wright Cooper; and her grandchild Shermeriel Hurt Adams. She is survived by: her children, Mayor Mary Parham Copelan (Charlie) of Milledgeville and William Richard Parham, Jr. of Atlanta; her sisters, Johnnie Mae Cooper Primas (Willie) of Devereux and Luvenia Cooper Kinslow (Calvin) of Milledgeville; her grandchildren, Obinna Hurt (Alicia) of Jackson and Asa Parham of Atlanta; her great grandchildren, Isaiah E. Hurt, Londyn Downing, Reagan Zachary, Lennox Hurt and Landon Hurt; her aunts, Williebell Wright Primus (Otis Primus, Jr.), Martha Cooper and Luvenia Cooper Bell; her siblings-in-law, Juanita D. Parks, Lillian L. Warren, Willie Parham (Kimberly) and Paul Parham; her nieces, Qwana Falkenberg and Kimberly Kinslow; her cousin Naomi O'neal; and her sisters, Kim Godwin, Gloria Barnes, Gloria Hartry and Amy Guyton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (1670 N Jefferson St NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness (110 O'connor Dr NW, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
