She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Cooper and Josephine Wright Cooper; and her grandchild Shermeriel Hurt Adams. She is survived by: her children, Mayor Mary Parham Copelan (Charlie) of Milledgeville and William Richard Parham, Jr. of Atlanta; her sisters, Johnnie Mae Cooper Primas (Willie) of Devereux and Luvenia Cooper Kinslow (Calvin) of Milledgeville; her grandchildren, Obinna Hurt (Alisha) of Jackson and Asa Parham of Atlanta; her great grandchildren, Isaiah E. Hurt, Londyn Downing, Reagan Zachary, Lennox Hurt and Landon Hurt; her aunts, Williebell Wright Primus (Otis Primus, Jr.), Martha Cooper and Luvenia Cooper Bell; her siblings-in-law, Juanita D. Parks, Lillian L. Warren, Willie Parham (Kimberly) and Paul Parham; her nieces, Qwana Falkenberg and Kimberly Kinslow; her cousin Naomi O'neal; and her sisters, Kim Godwin, Gloria Barnes, Gloria Hartry and Amy Guyton.
