He is survived by: his wife Betty Holton Fort of Waynesboro, GA; his children, Katlyn Criswell of Maine, Cheyenne Fort Dixon (Christopher) of Rentz, One and Dakota Fort of Milledgeville; and his sister Kelly Fort Clark (Daniel) of Gordon. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and extended family.
