He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Earl Wagner and Anna Elizabeth May Wagner; his wife Geneva; his children, Ruth Ann Holt (Bill) of Juliette and James Richard "Rick" Wagner (Elizabeth) of Savannah; his grandchildren, Holly Stickler (Lucus) and Christopher Holt (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Trace.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Wounded Warrior Project.
