He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blackwell Hall of Ocilla; his brothers, Ronald Alton Hall (Ronnie), Joseph Seaborn Hall (Joe), Jack Heard Hall (Jack) and Robert Lee Hall (Bob); his sons, James E. Hall, Jr. of Brunswick, Joel Bennett Hall (Kathryn) of Savannah and Thomas Marshall Hall (Melanie) of Darien; his siblings, Jan Taylor of Richmond and Joel Felton Blackwell, Jr. of San Francisco; his grandchildren, Brian Matthew Hall, Shawn Michael Hall, Elizabeth Rainey Hall, Ella Kathryn Hall, Mercer Mackay Hall and Samuel Manning Hall; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Jack Hall.
