He was predeceased by: his father James Clinton Dykes. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Vance Dykes; his son Brett Dykes (Wilson); his sister Rhonda Dykes Cook (Robert); his mother-in-law Claudette Vance; and his brother-in-law Tracy Vance (Elizabeth). He is also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
