She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom W. Smith and Lucille Forth Smith; her husband George Ralph Murch; and her siblings, Opal Giles, Douglas Smith and Doyle Smith.
She is survived by: her son Del Warren (Amanda) of Milledgeville; her stepsons, David Murch (Donna) and Steven Murch (Dianna) of Wilmington, NC; her sisters, Vivian Royal (Lynn) of Lizella and Peggy Webb of Jones County; and her grandchildren, Crystal Todd, Savannah Warren, Kelvin Warren, Dagan Nolan, Brad Dunn (Lauren), Nicholas Murch, Joshua Murch and Justin Murch.
